Church of the Holy Spirit is built.

Architect: Arthur Rotch. Rotch & Tilden. Designed in the Gothic Revival style, it is built from local puddingstone with half-timbers in the gable ends and located at 525 River Street. Originally a chapel of All Saints Episcopal Church, its constructed was supported by Annie Lawrence Lamb in memory of her father, Benjamin Rotch.
